I founded Kim’s Ultimate Health and Fitness with the intention of becoming a digital resource to help people achieve ultimate health and fitness. As someone who believes in taking care of herself, I began a journey of proper eating and exercise years ago.
My interest in health started when I noticed my parent’s health decline. They were from an era where smoking on a regular basis was the norm. They led very sedentary lives while eating salty fatty foods. When my dad had double bypass surgery, he began to change his diet. He began going to health food stores to buy herbs and vitamins. He changed his diet. My dad even started walking more and using an exercise bike.
His interest in health foods began to rub off on me. Through him I learned about the various healthy foods available. I have always been active through bike riding and tennis. I began going to health clubs in my early 20’s. I guess you can say I am a health and fitness enthusiast.
I have been working out with a personal trainer to get the most out of my health and fitness. Through the trainer I have learned even more about the right foods to eat and right way to exercise for the ultimate results.
